I participated in the EUDX 2026 just for practice and for testing a new power amplifier vintage, just finished to rebuilt and refurbished a few days before the contest.
End experimentation on 160m. The italian ministry of telecomunications, MIMIT, granted the expansion the 160 metres band between 1810 kHz and 1830 kHz in the experimentation form until 31st december 2025. The experimentation has not been reneval since now, therefore the italian Radioamateur can no longer use this segment of band in 160 metres. This is the band plan valid at now.
Red area is for CW, green area is for SSB and blue and light blue area is for digital mode.

The ARI DX 2025 Results has been released by the contest manager Filippo Vairo/IZ1LBG. You can download them in .pdf format from this link. The propagation didn’t help us in the 2025 issue, for this the logs received from foreing station were a little bit less than 2024.

One week after ARI DX Contest 2025. Until today 1436 logs arrived to contest committee, it confirm a small decreasing of logs respect last year, but we can check it esactly at the pubblication final results.
This year i used the special contest call IP3U. Now I’ll propose my raw score, the statistics and few comments. First the table rate graph with qso per hours and bands:
Less than one month to the Italian International Dx Contest 2025. It will take place the first weekend of may starting at 12:00 UTC of saturday 3rd and ending sunday 4th at 11:59 UTC. It’s a world wide type, but qso with italian station counts 10 points and each italian province counts one multiplier other than the DXCC list and WAE list. I’ll participate with a new special contest call IP3U.
The CQ organisation published the CQ 160CW raw scores 2025. The participation has been massive they received 2107 logs from world wide.
I hope for a better performance next year.

In order to make copying easier the reports from italian stations during the ARI International Dx Contest, I submit a tables of HamRadio prefixes Italian provinces, with the two letters abbreviation of each 107 provincies. I remember the date and time: it begin at 12:00 UTC of saturday may 3rd and finish at 11:59 UTC of sunday may 4th, 2025.
