One week after ARI DX Contest 2025. Until today 1436 logs arrived to contest committee, it confirm a small decreasing of logs respect last year, but we can check it esactly at the pubblication final results.
This year i used the special contest call IP3U. Now I’ll propose my raw score, the statistics and few comments. First the table rate graph with qso per hours and bands:
The summary:
The multipliers tables by continents:
And the statistics:
I worked for the whole 24 hours period with a few break. Effectively i seemed to me a little bit less foreign stations respect last year, I scored only 745 qso, I don’t blame to less foreing stations but to my setup.
I had have two troubles during this contest. The first one a terrible QRN atmospherics noises with statics from the evening to the sunrise on low bands, that let me stressed me a lot. The second trouble was the 80 metres dipole with an arm disconetted. I foud that the 160 metres dipole works better than the 80 metres with just one arm becouse the automatic tuner of the TS 850 succeeded to tune it on 80 metres. I think that situation made me lose about hundred QSO on the low bands.
At last moment i decided to participate on the Single Operator CW Low Power cattegorie. I planed to enter in an High Power cattegorie but few days before my PA seem don’t work good and the DVK connection between PC and TX same.
Well i don’t expect a good result from this job. We wait for the raw scores to get an idea of how is gone the ARI DX Contest 2025.
Many tks to the seven stations that contacted me on five bands: EU4E EU8U EW8DX OH1NA P3X SN1T YQ6A.
To managing the contest and produce the raw score and statistics i used the logger QARTest.
